This policy explains what information Kaly Kaly Bookings ("we," "us") collects when you use our booking form at kalykaly.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. By submitting a booking, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect

3. How we store information
Booking details are stored in our Firebase database. Photos and voice notes submitted with a booking are stored in a Google Drive folder used only for this purpose. Access to these systems is limited to those operating the service.
4. Who we share information with
We share payment-related information with Paystack solely to process payments. We do not sell customer information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep information
We keep booking information for as long as needed to deliver the service and resolve any related questions or disputes, after which it may be deleted.
6. Photos and voice notes of celebrants
By submitting a celebrant's photo and voice note, the person booking confirms they have permission to share that information with us for the purpose of creating the shoutout video.
7. Cookies and site technology
This site uses a Google Translate widget, which may set a cookie to remember your selected language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing support@kalykaly.com. Note that we may need to keep certain records (such as payment confirmations) where required for legal or accounting reasons.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
