1. Who we are

Kaly Kaly Bookings ("we," "us") operates this website to let customers book personalized birthday shoutout videos from the TikTok creator @kalykaly493 ("the creator"). This is a personal booking platform for a single creator, not a marketplace for multiple celebrities. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at support@kalykaly.com.

2. The service

We accept booking requests through the form on this site. Customers provide their own contact details, a photo of the celebrant, the celebrant's name, and a short voice note of the name's correct pronunciation. Once a booking is confirmed, the creator records a personalized birthday shoutout video for the named celebrant, delivered either as a public post on @kalykaly493's TikTok or privately to the customer on WhatsApp, depending on the option chosen at booking.

3. Booking rules

1. Bookings must be submitted at least the minimum number of days shown on the booking form before the celebrant's birthday. Requests made closer to the date cannot be accepted.
2. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and verified through our payment processor. Submitting the form reserves a request but does not guarantee it.
3. A maximum number of bookings (shown on the booking form) is accepted per date. Once a date is full, another date must be chosen.
4. Customers are responsible for making sure the celebrant's name, photo, and voice note are accurate — the video is built directly from what is submitted.
5. Incomplete or partial payments do not confirm a booking; the full fee shown at checkout is required.
6. Fraudulent or falsified payment confirmations will result in the booking being cancelled without a video being made.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store customers' full card or mobile money account details; these are handled directly by Paystack in line with its own security standards.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except where the video is not made. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

By booking, customers confirm they have the right to submit the celebrant's name, photo, and voice note, and that the request does not involve impersonation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. We may decline or cancel a booking that violates this.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the booking form after an update means the updated terms apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
