  1. Bookings must be made at least 2 days before the celebrant's birthday. Requests made closer to the date can't be accepted.
  2. A booking is only confirmed once payment (₵1,000) is received and verified. Submitting this form reserves your request but does not guarantee it.
  3. A maximum of 20 bookings are accepted per date. Once a date is full, you'll need to choose another day.
  4. Please make sure the celebrant's name and voice note are accurate — this is what the video is built from.
  5. Fake or edited payment receipts do not confirm your booking and will get it cancelled.
  6. Incomplete or partial payments do not confirm your booking either — the full fee is required.
  7. Payments are non refundable, except where the video is not made.
